Delancey, a UK real estate investment and advisory firm, was experiencing repeated outages with its on‑premises PBX and needed a cloud telephony solution to support remote work and improve reliability. The firm engaged LoopUp, first for a hosted Skype for Business service and later to implement Microsoft Teams Calling using Direct Routing and Microsoft’s Phone System.

LoopUp designed and executed the Teams migration in three weeks, connecting the Phone System to the PSTN over LoopUp’s global voice network, preserving existing numbers and provisioning call transfer, forwarding and voicemail.
