A LoopUp Case Study
The German Savings Banks Association (Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband - DSGV), the umbrella organization for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe with 379 savings banks and nearly 300,000 staff, needed more productive, controllable meetings than its basic dial-in provider offered. After trialing MeetingZone’s successor, the DSGV chose LoopUp’s conferencing platform to give hosts visibility into attendees, muting controls, one-click screen sharing and video, and clearer usage and billing insights.
LoopUp handled a fast, seamless rollout—setting up accounts, sending activation emails and running brief trainings—and delivered Pay-As-You-Go invoicing with detailed usage breakdowns. Adoption was rapid (used across the company within weeks), with 95% of users switching from dial-in to LoopUp meeting links; teams gained real-time screen sharing, recording and improved collaboration that kept the organization productive during COVID-19. LoopUp’s features and support therefore measurably increased meeting efficiency and visibility.
