Gojek, a major ride-hailing and delivery platform, faced a challenge with the navigation and discoverability of features in its Driver App, which was hindering adoption of key tools. To tackle this, Gojek's internal design and research teams used Looppanel to help prove the problem existed and rally stakeholder support.

Looppanel was instrumental in the solution, enabling the team to conduct user surveys and usability tests across seven cities. By bringing stakeholders into the process through workshops and providing concrete evidence, Looppanel helped build consensus for a complete app revamp. The project resulted in a dramatic 50% increase in visits to a key benefits menu and established the design team as a major driver of business impact.
