To speed responses and reduce administrative overhead, Collective Health adopted Loopio’s RFP response platform and Library to centralize content and streamline collaboration.
Loopio implemented a single platform with a shared Library, auto-suggestions, review/commenting and easy export features so cross-functional teams can quickly find and update answers. As a result, Collective Health has answered 7,000 questions this year, enabled 64 team members to contribute to RFPs, saved 90+ hours annually (about 2 hours per RFP via exports), and achieved more consistent, higher-quality proposals.
