Healthx has Cut RFP Response Times by 60% with Loopio's RFP Software

Healthx, a digital engagement platform serving payers, providers, consumers, employers, and brokers, struggled with a chaotic RFP process: content was scattered across people’s minds, emails, laptops and drives, each response took about 10 hours and required input from up to 12 people, and the CRO spent 7+ hours a month recreating content—limiting Healthx to about seven RFPs per year. Loopio implemented a centralized Loopio Library and automation that lets Healthx capture and reuse content, complete up to 80% of an RFP without involving the CRO, and manage attachments and workflows more efficiently.
