Healthx, a digital engagement platform serving payers, providers, consumers, employers, and brokers, struggled with a chaotic RFP process: content was scattered across people’s minds, emails, laptops and drives, each response took about 10 hours and required input from up to 12 people, and the CRO spent 7+ hours a month recreating content—limiting Healthx to about seven RFPs per year. To address this, Healthx selected Loopio and its RFP Response Software Platform (including features like Close Loop and Magic) to centralize content and establish a clear, repeatable RFP process.
Loopio implemented a centralized Loopio Library and automation that lets Healthx capture and reuse content, complete up to 80% of an RFP without involving the CRO, and manage attachments and workflows more efficiently. As a result, Loopio helped Healthx cut RFP completion time by 60%, free up 7 hours per month for the CRO, and triple annual RFP capacity to over 25 responses, while the library now also supports sales, customer service, sales enablement, and security teams.
