Stor&Liten, a Swedish toy retailer, was struggling with low product findability and inconsistent branding and descriptions in its e-commerce store, which was hosted on Storm by Enferno. As a result, conversion rates were consistently below target, and staff had to spend significant time manually merchandising and maintaining search. Loop54 was brought in to improve the site search experience.

Using Loop54’s search solution in a 50/50 split A/B test across 200,000 visitors, Stor&Liten improved search response times and reduced internal effort. Most importantly, Loop54 helped deliver a 16.1% increase in e-commerce revenues, while also boosting efficiency by eliminating much of the manual search merchandising work.
