Case Study: Bubbleroom boosts mobile conversion with Loop54

A Loop54 Case Study

Preview of the Bubbleroom Case Study

Bubbleroom m‑commerce and the importance of on‑site search

Bubbleroom, the Swedish women’s fashion retailer, needed to improve its mobile commerce performance as mobile traffic far outpaced mobile revenue, and its small in-house tech team was struggling to maintain a broad e-commerce setup across a 65,000-product assortment. To close the gap between mobile traffic and revenue, the company looked for a better on-site search solution to improve relevance, personalization, and the overall shopping experience.

Bubbleroom chose Loop54 as its product search engine for the adaptive website, using its machine-learning-based, automated and personalized on-site search. With Loop54, mobile visits with search generated 22% of mobile revenue from just 13% of mobile visitors, mobile search conversion rose 18%, AOV increased 11%, and per-session value increased 17%. The broader mobile initiative also helped lift mobile revenue by 97% and reduced the conversion gap between desktop and mobile.
