Case Study: NASDAQ retains seamless India health benefits with Loop Health

A Loop Health Case Study

Preview of the NASDAQ Case Study

Why NASDAQ chose Loop as their India benefits partner despite a global mandate

NASDAQ, a global technology leader in capital markets, needed to navigate a post-acquisition benefits restructuring after Adenza joined the company. Despite a global mandate to consolidate under a single broker, the India team needed a partner that understood local requirements, preserved valued benefits, and maintained uninterrupted employee health coverage. Loop Health was the existing India benefits partner and had already built strong trust through its insurance and health benefits platform.

Loop Health worked closely with Nasdaq’s India and US teams over five months to redesign the plan, align it with global requirements, and keep key local benefits like parental and OPD cover intact. The rollout delivered zero disruption, by Day 2 all employees were enrolled with e-cards available in the Loop app, and claims processing continued smoothly. The case study reports 100% claims settled, 93% health benefits adoption, and ₹10.5 lakh in employee health savings, while Loop Health also helped Nasdaq expand preventive care and wellness engagement.
