Japfa, a Singapore-based protein feed company operating in India for 25 years, needed a way to better support its long-tenured and vulnerable employees without increasing overall healthcare costs. The impact was significant: Japfa saved INR 102,300 in medical services, achieved over 55% cashless claims, and settled more than 92% of reimbursement claims within 10 days. Employees also made 87 online consultations across 12 specialties with a 3.9/4 satisfaction rating, and one employee used the Super Top-Up for surgeries worth over 1.5 lakhs.
