Loop Simplifies Enrollment and Endorsement Processes at SKF through HRMS Integration

SKF, the global automotive and industrial engineering company, was struggling with a manual employee health benefits enrollment process that relied on weekly windows, exceptions, and extensions. These delays made it difficult for HR to get timely data for endorsements and increased the risk of errors and data loss across multiple enrollment cycles.

Loop Health solved this by integrating SKF’s Darwin Box HRMS with Loop’s internal database and using Loop’s enrollment portal to automate employee data flow and simplify enrollments. The result was a smoother, two-cycle monthly enrollment process with automated reminders and HR status updates, plus seamless onboarding and exit processing without manual intervention; SKF employees also used the Loop app for health support, logging 723 medical advisor chats, 237 doctor consultations, and 52 lab test bookings.
