Kelvion India, a leading global manufacturer of heat exchangers, needed a better way to manage healthcare benefits for its diverse 250-employee workforce, which included both on-roll and contractual staff across ages 25 to 57. The company struggled with gaps in employee awareness about insurance coverage, uneven access to healthcare support, and the need for a solution that went beyond basic insurance.

Loop Health stepped in with a combined insurance and wellness offering, including Group Medical, Group Personal Accident, Workmen Compensation, and Group Term Life policies, along with the Loop Health app, medical consultations, stress management sessions, wellness resources, HRMS integration, and in-person claims support. The results included 128 app installs, 70% of claims settled within 15 days and all within 30 days, plus savings of Rs 24,000 from Medical Advisor Chats and Rs 21,500 from Specialist Doctor Consults, while also reducing HR workload and improving employee satisfaction.
