Loop Health implemented its personalized employee health benefits platform, including the Loop app, medical advisor chats, online doctor consultations, and lab test bookings. The results were strong: more than 850 employees downloaded the app, driving about 90% adoption, and over 6,400 clinical interactions took place over two years. Claims occurrence fell from 14.35% to 10.92%, specific ailment claims dropped significantly, and the claims ratio moved below 100%, helping Impact Infotech control costs while improving care quality.
