Expert Global Solutions Private Limited, an engineering services and software development company with more than 1,200 employees, wanted to upgrade its employee benefits beyond basic medical insurance. Loop Health implemented a mobile app with online doctor consultations, appointment booking, medical information access, wellness sessions, and on-call claims support, creating a more seamless health and wellness experience for employees and HR. In just six months, Loop Health enabled over 200 Medical Advisor Chats, about Rs. 40,000 in savings from those chats, nearly Rs. 30,000 saved on specialist consults and lab tests, and total employee savings of close to Rs. 70,000, all with average service ratings of 3.8/4. The partnership also improved employee engagement and strengthened Expert Global’s employer brand.
