They partnered with Loop Health to consolidate insurance and benefits in one place and improve employee health engagement through a digital health benefits platform and app.

With Loop Health, Applus+ IDIADA rolled out 24x7 medical support, unlimited virtual doctor consultations, preventive screenings, and expert-led wellness sessions. The results were strong: over 85% of employees downloaded the Loop app, there were 1,153 Medical Advisor chats, 380 online doctor consultations, 105 lab tests, and 28 wellness events with 770 total attendees. Loop Health also helped the HR team save nearly 80% of their time on health-benefit administration, while cashless claims reached over 49% with a 67% payout.
