Akanksha Foundation, a non-profit working to deliver quality education to underprivileged communities, needed a better way to support the health and wellness of its diverse teaching workforce. As the organization grew, it faced challenges around affordable healthcare access, varying employee needs across age groups, and rising mental health concerns during the pandemic.

Loop Health provided a comprehensive health support program through its app, giving employees access to doctor consultations, lab tests, and mental health counseling, along with a mental health helpline. The partnership delivered 860 chats, 211 doctor consultations, and 47 lab tests, while helping Akanksha Foundation save ₹286,900 in costs; employees also saw average healthcare savings of ₹172,000, and 42% of insurance claims were cashless.
