Hewlett Packard Enterprise worked with Loop AI Group Cognitive Computing to address the challenge of extracting real-time, actionable insight from large volumes of dark data in historical warranty and repair tickets. The goal was to identify root causes faster, provide early warning of defects, and help improve design and manufacturing decisions across multilingual data coming from dealers in 53 countries.

Loop AI Group Cognitive Computing implemented its Loop Q cognitive platform on an HPE Apollo 6500 Gen9 appliance to learn directly from unstructured warranty tickets without translation. The solution delivered real-time dashboards showing spikes and trends by model, shortened the time from defect detection to correction, and enabled faster response to quality issues and recalls.
