Trainline, the world’s leading independent rail travel platform with 600+ employees, needed to move onboarding from a one-day event to a structured 90-day experience that would engage and support new starters. Seeking an easy-to-use, scalable solution, Trainline selected Looop to provide a simple, user-friendly platform that could be tailored to their needs.

Looop delivered campaigns, pathways, workspaces and a Slack integration that Trainline piloted and rolled out as a minimum viable product with rapid iteration (pilot-to-MVP in about 6–8 weeks). Using Looop’s features and continual data-driven improvements, Trainline saw measurable impact: 93% of new starters agreed the new onboarding helped them settle in, alongside higher team connection, manager support recognition and overall engagement.
