A Looop Case Study
Sanoma, one of Europe’s largest consumer media companies, needed to make Social Learning practical and embedded in everyday work rather than a separate L&D initiative. To scale New Media know‑how from inside the business, they partnered with Looop and used the Looop platform to host and distribute bite‑sized, peer‑created learning resources that live alongside existing training.
Sanoma identified internal “Knowledge Champions” to create short videos, screen recordings and written guides, then published these resources in Looop so employees could access them on demand. The approach delivered fast, workflow‑aligned learning: resources are accessed on average about twice a week, driving increased engagement across the rest of L&D and enabling staff to solve business problems and improve job performance more quickly — all through Looop.
