Oliver Bonas needed a fast, reliable way to keep Support Centre, Warehouse and Store teams informed and supported as the Covid-19 crisis unfolded. They turned to Looop, using the Looop learning management system (including the Campaigns feature and Team Updates workspace) to create and deliver timely health, safety and wellbeing guidance that could be updated daily as government advice and business needs changed.

Using Looop, Oliver Bonas built dedicated workspaces, pushed daily email campaigns, tracked engagement metrics like opens and click-throughs to iterate content, hosted self-isolation forms and shared a founders’ video link to staff when stores closed. Looop’s analytics helped highlight gaps and inform follow-up, while the Team Updates workspace and added mental-health resources kept staff connected—resulting in faster, less stressful communication and clearer insight into employee engagement during lockdown.
