Presence, a national natural and organic food broker with over 500 employees and roughly 300 field staff, struggled with fragmented LMS tools (SharePoint and others) that didn’t drive engagement, track compliance, or deliver on-demand training. They turned to Looop’s resources-first learning platform—integrating with their Microsoft stack (Azure sign-in/SCIM, Teams bot)—to provide a branded, intuitive way to deliver and manage learning.
Looop integrated with Presence’s MS tools to deliver targeted campaigns, pathways, workspaces and short 3–5-minute resources, with analytics and automation to drive multi-channel engagement. Within 60 days all content was migrated to Looop, onboarding expanded from a 1-hour to a 12-hour program, staff return rates to resources increased, and the platform is now used as a sales tool—demonstrating measurable uplifts in accessibility, engagement and business impact through Looop.
