Edwardian Hotels London struggled to deliver consistent training to a fast-growing, multi-site housekeeping team of over 600 people. Large paper manuals and PC-based materials were hard to manage, slow to access on the job, and led to inconsistent explanations and lost time — so the group sought a mobile, easy-to-use solution. Looop’s mobile learning platform, offering short, targeted content and multimedia support, matched that need.
Looop worked with Edwardian Hotels London to deploy a mobile training library on staff iPods, helped produce short videos and how‑to materials, and trained local “super-users” to author content. In under a year the team published more than 100 resources, grew content creators from two to at least 12, and now has at least 90% of housekeeping staff actively using Looop — eliminating the 10–15 minutes previously spent searching for answers and delivering more consistent, engaged service across locations.
