A Looop Case Study
HarperCollins, the global book publisher, needed to modernize learning and development to cut costs and improve engagement. Their legacy, permission-heavy, face-to-face booking system reached only a minority of staff and slowed learning, so HarperCollins sought a partner to deliver an on-demand, scalable digital solution and engaged Looop to help build that capability.
Looop delivered a bespoke digital learning platform and close consultancy—creating a test site, five customised content hubs, multimedia support, push messaging and closed groups—so HarperCollins employees could create and access content anytime. The result: a shift from 100% face-to-face to roughly 60% digital delivery, about 80% of employees viewed content within three months, strong ongoing engagement (retention metrics reported at 93% of initial users with 76% still active after six months) and a more modest budget with improved ROI thanks to Looop.
