D&D London - Customer Case Study

D&D London, a high-end restaurant group with 43 restaurants, bars and a hotel, needed to give 1,200 employees relevant support and COVID-19 information at the point of need during the pandemic. To meet that challenge, it launched D&D Connect, built using Looop, so it could keep staff updated in real time through lockdown and reopening.

Using Looop’s resources and campaigns features, D&D London delivered site-specific webinars, digital resources, assessments, and manager training across its locations. The programme was completed in a two-week window, with over 45 site-specific webinars and 1,200 employees attending and completing the online resources; 92% completed the refresher resources, 88% felt safe carrying out their role, and 92% said they knew their responsibility.
