Luxembourg Post Group modernizes VR Communication

Post Group Luxembourg, part of the Luxembourg postal and telecommunications provider Post Luxembourg, needed a simpler and more secure way to manage communication for nearly 50 board and executive members across nine committees. Its existing document management approach was too slow and difficult to use for both board members and the General Secretariat, and the company wanted a stable, scalable board portal that could run on its own infrastructure and integrate with Microsoft systems. Vendor Loomion offered a board communication portal to address these needs.

Loomion implemented its portal using Post Group Luxembourg’s existing Microsoft SharePoint environment, validated it through a proof of concept, and then rolled it out to the board and committees with minimal training. The result was a secure, mobile-friendly solution that improved productivity for the board office, enabled offline document access and archiving, and was praised by users for its ease of use and strong security concept.
