How Flockjay Created A Library of Training Videos and Improved Customer and Business Outcomes with Loom

Flockjay, a tech sales academy that trains people from under‑represented backgrounds, faced costly, inconsistent training because courses were delivered entirely in synchronous, live sessions. To democratize access, ensure consistent learning outcomes, and reduce admin overhead, Flockjay adopted the video messaging platform Loom to create reusable, on‑demand training content.

Using Loom, Flockjay recorded 5–20 minute lessons, built a searchable video library in their LMS, and added assessments and interview‑practice recordings. Loom helped convert one‑third of content to asynchronous videos, saved the Head of Education 60 hours per bootcamp (720 hours or 90 days annually), raised qualification rates from 72% to 92%, generated roughly 200 views per 100 students, and improved time‑to‑hire—making the business more financially viable.
