Braze, the customer engagement platform, wanted to diversify its marketing mix and add video content without the high cost and complexity of traditional production. With Loom’s intuitive video messaging platform, Braze set out to create personalized, thought-leadership, client-story, and product videos that could support awareness, consideration, and decision-stage marketing.
Using Loom, Braze launched Braze TV and enabled 100+ employees to create videos directly from their desktops, producing more than 100 marketing videos in just days. The program drove 1,800 unique page views within weeks, an 18% jump in unique blog page views, stronger keyword indexing, and increased MQLs, all while delivering videos at the cost of roughly one traditional high-end production.
