Uberflip productized analytics by building Uberflip Analytics—embedding Looker on Snowflake with Matillion ETL and support from 4 Mile Analytics—to deliver real-time, self-serve dashboards and governed metrics. The new stack streamlined internal and external data access, eliminated that 20% backlog, freed 15–25% of CSM time, improved retention and expansion, and enabled an internal data-science model that predicts renewals and tracks feature adoption.
