Hipcamp consolidated event data with Segment into Redshift and adopted Looker (using Looker Blocks and the Segment Block) to create a single, centralized analytics layer and universal ID system. The result: self-service dashboards and consistent business metrics across teams, accurate conversion funnels for marketing, real-time revenue reporting for finance, and company-wide data access that accelerated decision-making, customer acquisition, and growth.
