Le Monde, France’s leading newspaper publisher, wanted greater clarity over its programmatic and digital advertising to improve monetization and the reader experience. Its teams needed faster, more transparent access to ad data for revenue, marketing, and operations reporting, after a previous dashboarding tool could not harmonize sources or deliver reports quickly enough. Le Monde chose Looker with BigQuery to create a scalable BI platform that fit existing workflows.

Looker, implemented with support from SFEIR, integrated 11 ad data sources into BigQuery and enabled custom dashboards for internal teams. The rollout took just six weeks, and report generation dropped from hours to seconds. As a result, Le Monde improved yield management, tracked KPIs more precisely, freed up team time for analysis, and strengthened internal collaboration.
