GoSpotCheck is a mobile task-management platform that connects frontline teams to corporate goals and captures field data across operations, merchandising, sales, and more. Customers needed real-time, customizable insights—but GSC’s prior BI stack had slow ETL (6–7 hour runs), lagging KPIs, limited ability to apply customer-specific business logic, and scaling constraints for large distributed teams.

GSC partnered with Looker (plus Snowflake, Fivetran and systems integrator DAS42) to embed real‑time dashboards, automated alerts, image-recognition analytics, and custom data applications into its platform. The new pipeline returns insights 95% faster, cut report-building time by 70%, supported 225 custom projects and nearly 9,000 Looker users/month, and enabled faster, data-driven workflows and decisions at scale for both customers and internal teams.
