SoundCommerce is an out-of-the-box retail data platform built on Google BigQuery and Looker that helps brands unify fragmented data and measure unit economics and customer lifetime value. When COVID accelerated Richer Poorer’s shift from wholesale to eCommerce—driving a roughly 5x surge in online volume—the brand needed to rapidly reallocate inventory, scale fulfillment, and maintain a high-quality customer experience with limited resources.

SoundCommerce integrated Shopify, ERP, carrier feeds and marketing tools into a dynamic data model and Looker dashboards (order status, Customer Historical Sales) so teams and the warehouse could prioritize orders, speed fulfillment, and make data-driven marketing decisions. The result was faster pick‑pack‑ship operations, higher average order value and CLV, strong marketing ROI (~400% ROAS at the order level and ~700% at the customer level), and efficient CACs (new $24.23, repeat $2.97), enabling profitable, scalable growth.
