Case Study: iDPARC achieves faster, more reliable digital services with Looker

iDPARC, a Swiss SaaS company behind DocGenie® for government agencies, law firms, and insurers, needed a secure, scalable way to digitize complex application and claims workflows while keeping data stored locally in Switzerland. The company was also looking to reduce the burden of managing its on-premises infrastructure and improve reliability as it grew.

iDPARC used Google Cloud to move DocGenie to a managed, containerized architecture with GKE, regional SSD storage, and encryption tools, and later explored Looker for customer-facing analytics and dashboards. The result was a six-week rollout, 6.7x faster recovery, 80% of migration completed in days, one day of work saved per week, and growth to 10x more customers without adding staff.
