The company needed a flexible, cross‑functional planning approach to provide up‑to‑date management, sales, production, logistics, controlling, HR and sourcing forecasts and to reveal bottlenecks and capacities across plants.

EGGER implemented E‑RoPlan, a quarterly rolling and integrated planning solution built on arcplan Enterprise with SAP BW‑IP and delivered with Braincourt, connecting sales, production, logistics and finance into a bottom‑up consolidated process used by 400 users. The result was faster, business‑critical information, higher‑quality decisions, a simpler and more efficient planning process (with reduced effort despite planning four times more often), and a technical foundation for broader rollout across controlling, investments and P&L planning.
