ADAC’s insurance subsidiaries, serving millions of members, needed faster, more reliable insight to grow revenue and serve customers better. Their legacy Access-based reporting was slow, inconsistent and required external programming, leaving management without up-to-date KPIs and hampering timely decisions across Sales, Controlling and regional clubs.
ADAC implemented an arcplan-based web EPM that consolidates SQL, OLAP, MIS ALEA and Excel data into standardized, easy-to-use reports accessible to 400 managers. The result: real-time, consistent KPIs that speed decision-making, improve sales effectiveness and up-/cross-selling, reduce time and costs, and let internal IT quickly create and adapt reports without outside help.
