The ATM Team at Weichert, Realtors® - Nickel Group, a residential brokerage team in Oak Park, Illinois, needed a more modern CRM to support its growth. Their existing system was dated, difficult to configure, limited in functionality, and time-consuming because of manual data entry and weak integration with other tools. Lone Wolf Technologies, through its Propertybase CRM platform, was the vendor behind the solution.

Lone Wolf Technologies worked with The ATM Team to configure Propertybase to their needs, integrate MLS, import legacy data, and set up tasks and processes to streamline daily work. With Premier Onboarding and support from the Propertybase Customer Support team, the team got up and running quickly and fully adopted the CRM. Since implementing the platform in 2017, the team has grown to 5 users and reports better visibility into communications and significant time savings.
