U.S. Department of the Treasury speeds government transactions with Loma Media, backed by nearly half of e-commerce sales on mobile

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, working with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, sought to modernize its public transaction systems by adopting mobile solutions. The challenge was to implement a new suite of mobile tools to transact public business quickly and securely, leveraging a technology already familiar to millions of Americans. They partnered with vendor Loma Media for this initiative.

Loma Media created a user-friendly video learning experience to support and speed up customer transactions, making mobile capture easy and universal. This solution, which communicates best practices for the FedRevCollect service, is now in use nationwide. The project resulted in increased citizen confidence and convenience, successfully placing "convenience" and "government" in the same sentence.
