Navan, the all-in-one business travel and expense management platform, needed a more unified localization program that was easy for developers to use and integrate. Using Lokalise, Navan connected its tech stack through GitHub Actions, CLI, API, and Slack to automate translation workflows and centralize communication. The result was a streamlined process with 90–93% faster translation turnaround times, around 90% fewer internal tickets about untranslated content, and the ability to localize the full product in 9 languages; Navan also translated about 10,000 words per week and saved Paula Fernandez Quesada 4–5 hours each week.
