Case Study: Minna Technologies achieves 5‑minute localized feature deployments with Lokalise

A Lokalise Case Study

Preview of the Minna Technologies Case Study

How Lokalise enables new feature deployment in 5 minutes for Minna Technologies

Minna Technologies, a Gothenburg-based fintech that builds subscription-management features for banks and merchants, faced an unsustainable, mostly manual localization process managed by a single UX designer (costing about 25% of her monthly time). To scale globally and reduce bottlenecks they adopted Lokalise, leveraging the Lokalise platform and its API to replace spreadsheets and ad-hoc coordination with an integrated localization system.

Lokalise provided a repository plus API-driven automation so commits create localization keys that trigger machine translations within five minutes, while Carl Retzner’s team runs pipelines and daily checks and human translators later refine copy. The result: far less manual work (Elise now “barely thinks about” localization), much faster feature releases and feedback loops (deployments and translated UI available within hours), fewer internal queries, and the ability to avoid hiring in-house translators — all enabled by Lokalise.
