KRY, one of Europe’s largest digital healthcare providers (known as Livi in the UK and France), needed to localize its app and fast-moving product features across five countries and multiple languages — including rapid COVID‑19 initiatives like Livi Connect. To manage UX-focused localization at scale and reduce reliance on engineering, KRY selected Lokalise as its translation and localization management platform.

Lokalise delivered a cloud TMS with Figma and Contentful integrations, automated screenshots, a shared translation memory and responsive support, enabling KRY’s UX writers to add and deploy new languages without developer setup. The result: KRY quickly localized Livi Connect and other features into several languages, streamlined its workflow, sped up releases, and shifted effort from technical localization tasks to content creation — with Lokalise cited as a key enabler.
