How Mirakl Monitors Hundreds of APIs with Logz.io

Mirakl, a global SaaS leader in online marketplace platforms used by major retailers, needed centralized logging to monitor how customers consumed its hundreds of APIs. Their in-house ELK stack became hard to manage — frequent crashes, scaling problems, growing AWS costs and rising maintenance effort forced developers to spend time on infrastructure instead of product work.

Mirakl switched to Logz.io with a smooth, quick migration (first logs in 15 minutes), pointing existing Logstash forwarders to Logz.io and importing Kibana visualizations. They now monitor Tomcat access logs with dedicated dashboards per API, use built-in alerting and SSO, and analyze about 50 GB of data daily. The move eliminated much of the ELK maintenance burden, improved reliability and visibility, and let the team focus on growing the business.
