Wheelhouse, a SaaS pricing-optimization platform for hosts on home‑sharing sites like Airbnb, needed to expose a sophisticated machine‑learning backend through a simple, intuitive UI for less technical users. To understand whether users were grasping new flows and controls, Wheelhouse turned to LogRocket and its session‑replay/analytics capabilities to observe real user interactions.

Using LogRocket, Wheelhouse replayed user sessions to pinpoint where people dropped out of a new onboarding funnel and which UI elements caused confusion, then updated the flow to improve conversion.
