Rémy Cointreau, the French luxury spirits group, faced siloed security data from antivirus, EDR, proxies, CASB, SSO and anti-spam tools, with a need to centralize logs for incident detection and regulatory retention. Lacking the internal resources to build and run a SIEM in-house, the company selected LogPoint’s next‑gen SIEM delivered as a Managed Services solution by certified partner Open Minded to provide full log visibility, on‑prem and cloud support, and predictable node‑based pricing.
LogPoint’s Managed Service was deployed on AWS with native connectors and flexible sizing, delivering centralized storage (500 GB integrated at level 1 for a total of 1.5 TB stored 90 days, plus 2 TB at level 2 stored 365 days), SOC oversight and customer access for searches and reports. Six months after go‑live all sources were integrated, false positives decreased, the environment is controlled by the SOC, and Rémy Cointreau achieved predictable costs and the ability to add new on‑site and cloud sources and use cases.
