RAM Infotechnology, a Dutch IT services company handling over 15 million electronic patient records and serving the public healthcare and payment industries, needed a SIEM capable of collecting logs and providing analytics across its hosting center and Microsoft Azure to document compliance with a wide array of standards—most critically the NEN 7510 extension to ISO 27001 as well as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI‑DSS. To meet these strict cybersecurity and privacy requirements, RAM Infotechnology evaluated and selected the LogPoint SIEM solution.

LogPoint, deployed with support from partner iSOC24 after a proof‑of‑concept, delivered a modular, node‑based SIEM and LogPoint Advanced Analytics that provides real‑time anomaly detection, centralized visibility and scalable cost control. As a result, LogPoint helped RAM Infotechnology document compliance across silos, reduce time spent on compliance reporting, be up and running in days, and expand its services—already delivering LogPoint‑based managed SIEM to customers (two live customers so far) and generating new revenue.
