MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, a global leader in renewable energy, sought to reduce its carbon footprint and enhance collaboration for its geographically dispersed teams by eliminating non-essential business travel. The company needed a seamless video collaboration solution that integrated with its existing Microsoft Teams platform. They partnered with Logitech to address this challenge.

Logitech implemented its Room Solutions, including the Rally Plus, MeetUp, and Tap devices, which were selected for their seamless operability with Microsoft Teams and intuitive user interface. Using Logitech Sync for device management, the solution was rolled out globally. The results were highly successful, with employees enthusiastically adopting the technology. In the first three months, over 32,000 meetings were scheduled, significantly reducing travel. This led MHI Vestas to expand its initial deployment from 16 to 50 rooms, with plans to equip all meeting rooms worldwide.
