Genpact, a global professional services provider, found its previous video technology was inadequate for supporting its 125,000 employees after a mass shift to hybrid work. Their challenge was to reassess meeting spaces across 58 global locations to ensure effective collaboration for a dispersed workforce.

The solution was implemented with Logitech. Genpact deployed Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and MeetUp systems for meeting rooms, complementing them with Brio webcams and Zone Wireless headsets for remote staff, all integrated with Zoom. As a result, Logitech provided a vastly improved and reliable user experience, enabled easy device management, and delivered high-quality audio and visuals that create an in-person meeting feel on a secure platform.
