Preview of the Tiroler Tageszeitung Case Study

Leveraging frictionless onboarding for new-age readers

Tiroler Tageszeitung (TT), a leading Tyrolean daily newspaper, needed a more secure and scalable way to manage consumer registration, login, and access as its digital audience grew. In-house authentication was becoming resource-intensive, and TT also wanted a cloud-based solution that could support reliable onboarding and data access at scale. LoginRadius provided customer identity management capabilities, including Registration as a Service and social login features.

LoginRadius implemented Registration as a Service, Single Sign-On, social sharing and account linking, plus webhooks and data migration to streamline TT’s user experience and operations. The result was a stable, low-downtime platform that scaled from about 40,000 users to roughly 177,000 users, even during high-load events. With LoginRadius, TT also gained a 360-degree consumer view and richer analytics, helping the newspaper focus on its core mission of delivering trusted news.
