The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is the world’s largest association for facility management professionals, supporting members in 100+ countries with credentialing, education and guidance. IFMA wanted to move member interactions online while avoiding long registration forms and multiple logins, and needed to integrate social identities, capture richer profile data, assign roles, enable seamless access across many sites, and maintain a single membership identity.

IFMA implemented LoginRadius’ CIAM solution to add social login (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), capture extended social profile data, apply role management, and enable plug-and-play single sign‑on across its properties. The result was a simplified sign-up experience, richer centralized member profiles (one record per member), seamless cross-site access, and a significant increase in member engagement and daily/monthly active users.
