Servicecentrum Drechtsteden is a Dutch government IT organization supporting six municipalities with about 3,500 workplaces and roughly 2,200 concurrent users. Facing growing demand for online public services and location-independent work, SCD needed a way to size and operate a reliable VDI environment and ensure a 24/7 user experience; they turned to Login VSI and its solutions (Login VSI for testing and Login PI for real-time monitoring).

Login VSI implemented pre-production load testing and benchmarking to simulate hundreds of virtual desktops and used Login PI to monitor application-level performance in production. As a result, SCD shortened lead time to production, improved software quality, avoided unnecessary hardware spend through accurate capacity planning, largely eliminated the post-release spike in service-desk calls, and gained proactive, real-time insight to maintain high service levels and productivity.
