Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, a designer, manufacturer and servicer of aircraft instruments, avionics and power solutions, needed real-time sales and operational analytics to understand profitability by product, service and customer. Although the company had plenty of data, Excel pivot tables hid subtleties and prevented fast, fact-based decision-making across sales, inventory and purchasing.
Logility was chosen for its intuitive, drag-and-drop dashboards and ability to consolidate ERP and Excel data; the roll‑out started in Sales and expanded to Inventory and Purchasing, with about 15 power users daily. The platform enabled two-minute root-cause analysis, real‑time transaction and pricing monitoring, improved data quality, increased sales margins, reduced slow-moving stock and delivered a quick ROI while restoring employee trust in the data.
