Groupe Dynamite is a Montréal-based fast-fashion retailer behind the Garage and Dynamite brands, operating 380+ stores across Canada, the U.S. and the Middle East plus e-commerce. Rapid growth, frequent seasonality, localized assortments and regional size preferences exposed limits in its manual forecasting, allocation and replenishment processes, making it hard to scale, hit six- to eight-week sell-through goals and respond quickly to changing trends.
